Overall: Excellent

I worked with Amanda and had a great experience. Everything as promised and I think be both got a fair trade. Everyone was great to work with, after driving 3 hrs it was a relief to have everything go as planned. The only thing missing were the floor mats, and I was planning on replacing them anyway.

Overall: Very good

I figured I'd have Ford take care of my more technical mechanical work and they fixed my alignment, replaced the swing arms, fixed my door latch for all for around $290. I read online that other people were paying around $300 just to replace the door latch. While I was there I found out about an OAR program (Owner Advantage reward program) where I can get $30 oil changes and the 5th one is free. I also get 10% off future purchases or can use that money for a down payment for my next ride. I was surprised they were that competitive.
